Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.)2-4 business days (if available at checkout)
  • International Shipping7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before reaching out to us.

Address Errors & Returned Packages

  • Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the package.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Customs processing times may cause delays that are beyond our control.
