Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.) – 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.) – 2-4 business days (if available at checkout)
- International Shipping – 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates

- Free shipping may be available on select products or during promotional events—see product listings for details.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed off to the shipping carrier.
- If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before reaching out to us.
Address Errors & Returned Packages
- Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the package.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Customs processing times may cause delays that are beyond our control.
