Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Prater Print Lab Product, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Return Window – Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition – The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of Purchase – A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Returns – A refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs – Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been used or damaged due to misuse
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact us to arrange the exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we will ship the new item once the original product is received and inspected.
